Job-site safety concerns should always be addressed immediately on the job with your foreman or superintendent. However, if any job-site safety issue has not been satisfactorily addressed by your job-site foreman or superintendent, you may also submit those safety concerns here with fully anonymity and it will be addressed by the CEO.
